God is Not A Fun Sucker

Remember in Genesis 1;27, God created man in His own image. His will, for humanity, was to show His glory and goodness. He wanted our lives to be examples of His love, faithfulness, and honor.

When Adam and Eve was in the Garden of Eden they were deceived by the serpent (Genesis 3:). God told Adam not to eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. He told Adam they could eat of any tree in the garden except that one and if they did they would die (Genesis 2:15)

God set boundaries for them to protect them so they can experience God's magnificence without the interferences of evilness, temptation, wrongdoing, etc. God knew that once we received this knowledge we would no longer be able to restrain from sin by our own will.

When Jesus came down from Heaven in human form (John 1:14), he shed His blood to cleanse us from all of our iniquities (John 1:7) for those who love Him and confess Jesus as their Lord. His desire for us is to live freely with joy, peace and happiness (Galatians 5:22-23). We sometimes think that by following Jesus Christ and His teachings, that we are summiting ourselves to a religion and have to commit to the rules of the law that we can not sustain on our own. Although, God's teaching does suggest you to follow the law's of Moses (Matthew 19:17). God knows all about being human and what we struggle against everyday. He knows Satan is roaming the earth to devour any and every soul that he can (1 Peter 5:8). And this is why God set perimeters around us. Sex, money, alcohol, drugs, etc. are things that give us momentary satisfaction but ultimately leads us down a path of destruction, heartache, depression, etc. (Romans 12:1-2).

For me, I love being a Christian. Having that sense of security, that unconditional love, the joy and peace God gives me everyday no matter what mountain I'm faced with. He reigns His grace and mercy on me and I'm so grateful for it. I am able to experience the things God have for me and I am not blinded by the substances of this world. Let's be clear I'm not perfect and I sin everyday but by God's grace I am forgiven. So I suggest to you to seek God, live life and have fun and watch God manifest things in your life that only He could do. Be Bless.
